When you visit a clinic that uses Medhexia, the secretary links your phone number to your file. From that visit onward, the clinic's notes, prescriptions and invoices show up in your timeline automatically.
Your account still works as a personal vault — you can attach files, photos and your own notes. As more clinics join, more of your history syncs automatically.
